Drawing on postmodern social theory, it examines how generative AI reorganizes cross-lingual communication and the production of meaning as a "reverse Tower-of-Babel project" — when machines translate instantly across languages, how are human linguistic difference, cultural boundaries, and the power relations of knowledge rewritten?
